Welcome to Unboxr. By accessing or using our platform at unboxr.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Unboxr

Unboxr is a platform that helps content creators connect with brands for sponsorship opportunities, gifted product arrangements, and affiliate partnerships. We provide tools that automate the process of sourcing and pitching brands on behalf of creators.

2. Eligibility

To use Unboxr you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a content creator with an active social media presence
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Have the legal right to enter into this agreement

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Unboxr cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. You must notify us immediately at unboxr.ai@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Unboxr operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to power platform features including brand discovery, analysis and outreach.

• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credit prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Brand Outreach

When you use Unboxr to pitch brands, you authorise us to send communications on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• Unboxr does not guarantee responses from brands
• Unboxr does not guarantee any minimum number of brand deals
• All brand deals are negotiated directly between you and the brand
• Unboxr is not a party to any agreement between you and a brand
• You are responsible for fulfilling any content obligations agreed with brands

6. Content and Conduct

By using Unboxr you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about your audience or engagement
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate our credit system
• Spam or harass brands through our outreach tools
• Use automated tools to access our platform other than those we provide

7. TikTok Integration

Unboxr may connect to your TikTok account to retrieve profile information including follower count, engagement data and content performance. By connecting your TikTok account you agree to TikTok's terms of service and authorise Unboxr to access this data solely for the purpose of improving brand matching. We do not post content to your TikTok account without your explicit approval.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using Unboxr you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Unboxr platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Unboxr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create. By using our platform you grant Unboxr a limited licence to use your profile information and content metrics solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Disclaimers

Unboxr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unboxr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at unboxr.ai@gmail.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Unboxr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
