• Complete your creator profile — bio, location, social media handles, content niches, follower range and minimum rate
• Connect your TikTok account — public profile data, follower count and engagement metrics
• Make a payment — billing information processed securely by Stripe
• Contact us — any information you include in your message

We also collect information automatically when you use our platform:

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent on platform
• Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address
• Transaction data — credit purchases, credit usage and transaction history
• Agent activity — brands scanned, pitches sent and deal outcomes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our platform and services
• Match you with relevant brands based on your profile and content niche
• Send outreach pitches to brands on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send you platform notifications and service updates
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our platform
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes unrelated to our services.

4. TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account to Unboxr, we access the following data through TikTok's API:

• Your public profile information including display name and profile photo
• Follower count and following count
• Video engagement metrics including views, likes and comments
• Content categories and hashtags

We use this data solely to improve brand matching and to provide context in outreach pitches. We do not post to your TikTok account, access private messages or store your TikTok credentials. You can revoke TikTok access at any time through your TikTok account settings or through your Unboxr profile page.

TikTok data is handled in accordance with TikTok's Privacy Policy.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With brands — when your agent sends a pitch, relevant profile information is shared with the brand being contacted. This includes your creator name, niche, follower range and TikTok handle
• With service providers — we use trusted third party services including Stripe for payments and Google Cloud for hosting. These providers only access your data to perform services on our behalf
• For legal reasons — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• Business transfers — if Unboxr is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Australia (Google Cloud, Sydney region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted passwords using bcrypt hashing
• JWT authentication tokens with expiry
• Regular security updates and monitoring

While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong unique password for your Unboxr account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

• Correction — you can update your profile information at any time through your account settings
• Deletion — you can request that we delete your account and personal data
